PHOTO OF THE WEEK #38 - A sure sign of Spring

It's definitely a sure sign that Spring is upon us when your dog looks like this after spending some play time outside!

I took this one with my phone again.  She was sooooooo dirty after playing with one of her doggie friends in the neighbourhood.  They found a dirty pond/swamp to sit and frolic in.  Oh what fun!  She was so happy.  And as you can see here, she's on the lookout for the next dirty adventure.....

Thanks for looking!

PHOTO OF THE WEEK #34 - A new 'friend'

Family Day weekend brought us some amazing snow to build with. On the Saturday, I think I spent about 4 hours outside making things with Ben. The last time a snowman was made, we hardly had any snow and it quickly deteriorated into that pile you can see on the right in the photograph below. I think it was actually half snow and half sticks, rocks and other yard debris. LOL

Ben was so sad when it melted away into nothing. We made the new ones REALLY BIG! I stopped part way through to take a few photographs. Here is one of them. :)

Unfortunately, after a few days it warmed up and the big snowman turned into a heavy mass that was a bit lopsided. You can guess what happened next..... the top part just toppled right off. WAY too heavy to try and pick up and stick back up. We still have some big snowballs in the front and back yards though. ;)

PHOTO OF THE WEEK #33: Chubby Toes

I love little chubby toes and ankles. As long as they belong to cute little babies and not to me!! :))
