A couple of weeks ago I finally made it over to
K2 Milling. Yes, a flour mill right in Tottenham! :)
They are on Industrial Road, #55 I think. But just drive down Industrial Road almost to the very end (it's the last building on the right). I don't think we ever actually saw the building number we were looking for, and it felt like we'd gone too far.....but we hadn't. We finally saw the little sign in the window.
This is what I got on that first trip.
I've never been so excited about flour before. Who knew there were so many kinds! I've since been back and picked up some multigrain and some oatmeal as well.
Check them out. They're open on weekdays from 8:30 to 4:30.
